Disturbance in the Universe

Beth Regula

Mixed Media

The pandemic of 2020 has been a challenge in many ways.  This work is an expression of how it feels to live through this time in history.  Nothing is as it used to be.  The world and how we live on it has forever changed.  Our universe has been disturbed.  We will never be the same.

The figure represented in this work is trying to hold the sky and the land together until there is a way to repair the universe.
